Scentbird - Rip off an never get

Because I have not received one package with the wrong size bottle of men's fragrance Burberry when I paid for a big bottle. The first package said it got delivered, but I never received it, and I got charged for that one too. I pay for a subscription in the range of 13.99 to 16.37.

My package arrived and it was broken with scent spilled out of it! I don't have 100 symbols to say that crazy forcing people to write things they don't have to say. I can't figure out anymore to say.

The reason for the call is it's been money taken off my Apple Pay card, and I did not order anything. Y'all just took it. I didn't want to think about buying y'all perfume because y'all's bottles are tiny and cost a lot, so I decided a month ago not to order.

Some of the scents were nice but icrecieved one scent that was a replacement for an allergy and the replacement came with the vial broken and a piece fell out when i opened it and disnt realize it yet and the broken piece from the vial cut my 10 month old babies hand in multiple spots.

User's recommendation: I dont really know what to say the vials arent too bad for the price i guess it lasted a little over a week and that was me using like 2 sqirts before i left for work and 2 when i would get home after showering. So it didnt last too ling and i had an allergy to one of yhe scents really bad do to it having an abundance of lavender in it and the 2nd scent i recieved smelled awful like a old lady the only ones i really liked that i recieve were the first one i ever bought and another replacement which was Versace eros which was an alright scent and then the one i liked the most that came came broken and not ysable at all and also injured my 10 month old little baby boy

I placed an order for a subscription for one scent per month only to get led to an upgrade which I chose two scents per month only to keep getting sent to upgrades! My card was charged for both transactions

There's should always be an operating phone number and phone contact accessible for your customers. A business without phone contact access, gives sketchiness and unprofessional vibes.

There's been unauthorized withdrawals by your company. I've already emailed you all at support@***.com with attachments on March 26, 2025.

But no one has responded. So now I'd like to speak directly to the owner or manager.

I've cancelled my next billing cycle until further notice and until I speak to someone who can solve the issue. I hope to speak to you real soon.

Not everybody wants to use an app or an email especially when they don't get back to you within 2 days you have a phone number for a reason what is the point of us calling to have to hear a message to then use an email or an app it's absolutely ridiculous I'm 48 years old and I want to talk to a live person until you have that option I will no longer use your company have a wonderful day

Totally misleading and charged me multiple times! They can't get in touch with you immediately; it has to be at 36 hours via email, and no phone number—such BS!

Now, I have to go get a new bank card because they keep charging me back to back, all within 1 day. Such a scam!
