Didn’t get two samples of scents that should’ve come with order for friends

UPDATE: they read my review and banned me from using their website! This is how they deal with conflict instead of insuring customer satisfaction. Horrible company
I contacted customer service immediately after, and the AI system told me it was handled. I was still charged, so I emailed the actual people, and they told me that their company policy is that they never refund anything, no matter what. I've had several issues with them, but they are extremely quick to charge you for only clicking on their website.
They also will continue to charge you after canceling a subscription, as they've done to me before. Buyer beware, but this company is sleazy at best.
