I thought I was getting a small bottle of Gucci; it turned out to be a regular tube and no samples for $30. What gives?

They asked for a friend's email to send a gift, but no gifts. So if that's the game to trap consumers into purchasing a tube of fairly great smells, maybe they should just call and ask first if you want.

UPDATE: they read my review and banned me from using their website! This is how they deal with conflict instead of insuring customer satisfaction. Horrible company

Very predatory business! Unlike any other website, if you click a product to review it, they immediately order it for you.

I contacted customer service immediately after, and the AI system told me it was handled. I was still charged, so I emailed the actual people, and they told me that their company policy is that they never refund anything, no matter what. I've had several issues with them, but they are extremely quick to charge you for only clicking on their website.

They also will continue to charge you after canceling a subscription, as they've done to me before. Buyer beware, but this company is sleazy at best.
